Tax and Duty

All Australian Sales include GST.

Overseas sales: Tax is excluded at the time of purchase, however you may be liable for tax and duty, your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country.

The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Impact Rugby, please follow the steps below to return the item.

The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging complete with invoice (within 14 days of receipt).

Post the item using a delivery service that insures the full value of the goods and requires a signature upon delivery Send the item to:

After inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt.

Refund time scales vary depending on method of payment – please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
 If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and re-order.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund you less the cost of the original delivery, we will not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us.

Defective items must be returned within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

We cannot exchange custom made products for sizing issues so please choose carefully.
